& GARDEN TOUR - JUNE 27 DESCRIPTION: 21st Annual House
& Garden Tour
A fund raiser that supports the Alberta Ballet
Prefer if you can do the full shift, but willing to accommodate half
shifts.
If everyone does a half shift, then we need 20 volunteers. House is
located in Elboya neighborhood, so it should have fairly good transit
access.
VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION:
-There will also be a volunteer appreciation event early next year of a
ticket to a dress rehearsal of the Ballet. Everyone always enjoys this,
even people who never thought that they would like ballet.
FULL DAY volunteers will get a free sack lunch. Lunch is usually
provided by SunTerra Market and usually consists of a beautiful sandwich,
piece of fruit, baked product and beverage.
I believe volunteers also get a complimentary tour ticket (for the day
they are not working).
DATE: Sunday, June 27, 2010
TIME: FULL SHIFT TIME: 10:30 - 5 p.m.
HALF SHIFT A: 10:30 - 2 p.m.
HALF SHIFT B: 1:30 pm - 5 p.m.
If you are willing to be house captain, please let me know (there is a
question on the form), there will be an orientation for that position next
Wednesday - I think we need for that to be an all day/both shift position.
LOCATION: A beautiful Calgary house, in the central SW , the exact
address will be sent in the confirmation after the assignments are made.
SOCIAL
EVENT: Drink and or dinner somewhere nearby after the 2nd shift.
